Thinking About Selling Your Home...

Here is What You Need to Know First

1. Call a realtor! But not just one, call several! Interview them and choose one that you connect with well, based on your preferences.

2. Check out the CMA's presented to you when you meet with the realtors.

3. Once you choose someone to work with, make sure they give you suggestions on renovations and upgrades BEFORE you start. We let our clients know where to invest their money for upgrades to make sure they see the returns.

4. Do you know if you need an appraisal before meeting with a realtor or listing your home? We answer that and more about inspections in the video!

There is so much to think about before you sell your home, but we can help you navigate through it all. Reach out to us anytime, we would love to work with you when selling your home this year!
